Mrs. Etta Lee Bowen Roller, passed away, Friday, February 2, 2018, at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. She was 85.

Born in McColl, SC on April 16, 1932, Mrs. Roller was a daughter of the late Arthur and Katie Dunn Bowen. She was the wife of the late Robert Lee Roller. She attended Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was a machine operator at Oak River Mills for many years. She enjoyed cooking, eating, drinking diet Coke, talking on the phone, and listening to the scanner.

Mrs. Roller is survived by her daughter, Kaye Hatcher (Jeff) of McColl, SC; sister, Linda Chavis of Laurinburg, NC; grandchildren, Christie Fields (Robert), Amanda Hatcher (James), Robert Roller (Rebecca), Derek Roller, and a special grandson Austin Smith; great grandchildren, Kelsey Cole, Miranda Cole, Trisa Haggans, Ariel Locklear, Heaven Haggans, Shalyn Perkins, Rachel Perkins, Kynslee Perkins; great-great grandchild, Cameron.

Mrs. Roller was preceded in death by her parents and husband listed above; daughter, Janet Lynn Roller; brothers, Clarence Bowen, Neil Bowen, Judd Bowen, Clyde Bowen, Hugh Bowen, and Charles Bowen; sister, Letha Turner.

A funeral service will be held 3:00pm, Monday, February 5, 2018 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Laurinburg, NC, with burial at Rogers Cemetery in McColl, SC, officiated by Rev. Earl Henderson. A visitation will be held Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Rogers Funeral Home from 6-8 pm.
