George "Pete" Caulder

Mr. George "Pete" Caulder departed his home in McColl for his heavenly home on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 surrounded by his family.  He was 61 years old. 

There will be a time of fellowship and remebrance for Pete at Rogers Funeral Home in McColl Friday, October 16, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.  Sharing a few words of comfort and encouragement will be Rev. Gary Deese and Rev. Artis Locklear.

Pete was born December 2, 1953 to the late George Daniel Caulder and Mrs. Lucille Milliken Caulder, of the home.  He was a fan of NASCAR and he always pulled for Dale, Jr.  He also loved the New England Patriots and riding Harleys.  The only two things he loved better was bass fishing with his son, Daniel at the Red Bluff and spending time with his grand children. 

Mr. Caulder was preceded in death by his father, George Daniel Caulder.

To cherish his memory Pete leaves behind his son, Daniel Caulder and wife Trisheena of Hamlet; his mother, Lucille, of the home; three brothers, Paul Caulder and wife Jane of Laurinburg, Billy Caulder and Darlene of Bennettsville, and Elisha Caulder and wife Linda of Red Springs; two sisters,  Annie Mae Caulder  of Maxton, and Carolyn Corbett and husband Bill of McColl; three grandchildren, Dakota Caulder, Comanche Caulder, and Nevaeh Caulder, as well as a host of neighbors and loved ones. 

The family would also like to extend a warm appreciation for the love and care provided by the nurses and staff of Hospice of South Carolina.
