Mrs. Mary Jane Hunt Perhealth, age 58, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 06, 2015, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Clinton, NC, on June 6, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Lather Hunt, Sr. and Annie Chavis Hunt. She was a retired daycare attendant and was of the Holiness faith. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, making crafts, camping, fishing, going to yard sales, singing, dancing and joking with family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who adored her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Tommy Perhealth of McColl; by daughters, Melissa G. Perhealth (James) of McColl and Ashley R. Perhealth (Lee) of McColl and by a special Goddaughter, Michelle Mahon of Bennettsville; a stepson, Tommy “Dock” Perhealth of Laurinburg, NC; by grandchildren, Matthew Perhealth, Cadence Perhealth and Layton Allen; by nieces, Betty Sue Hunt (Robert) of Red Springs, NC, Betty Jean Bland (Jr.) of Wagram, NC and Barbara Hunt (John Jacobs) of Laurinburg, NC; also by special friends, Ruth Stiglich of McColl and Mary Goins of Clio.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the McColl Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial following at Rogers Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9P.M. on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Rogers Funeral Home.

Mrs. Perhealth was preceded in death by her parents listed above; and by a brother,  Luther Hunt, Jr.
