I remember once when I used to live right across the street from Bro Bobby and Sis Becky. My daughter Jeannette was about 3 months old. She had been crying for 3 days and I couldn't do a thing with her. My mom even came around to try and help. To no avail, we still couldn't Huss her. We both had lost so much sleep because I'd call mama and wake her in the middle of the nights. So mom suggested that we ask Sis Becky because she had children and probably would know what to do. We did knock on her door for help, asking if she had any parigort (spelling) and then we told her. Understanding that I had lost so much sleep and was to my wits end, she said let me hold and keep Jeannette and you go home and get you some rest. Well, I did, and the next day she was waking me knocking at my door about 12 noon. She had Jeannette with her, sleeping in her arms. She said she slept like a baby all night. I asked what she do, she said Prayer works. Thanks you Mrs Becky for what you did for me, for letting me me one of your friends for the time we lived on Lee St in McColl. You will be missed. All my love to the family.

Mrs. Becky was a loving lady. I remember when she taught me Sunday school at Clio COG. I think I was about 3 years old. My family and I loved her so much! She'll always be in our hearts and memories.

I deeply regret to hear about Mrs. Flowers. Growing up she was my favorite person. She taught me about God and life. I remember her giving me a blue jean bible that I won in her class for reading the whole bible. I still have that bible on my table. I think of her every time I look at that bible. She was the most kind, loving and wonderful person I've ever met. She loved God and her family unconditionally. I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May God bless you all and give you peace during this time.
