Mrs. Sandra "Sandee" Lee Westbay, age 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Scotland Memorial Hospital after an illness.
Born in Kings County, CA, on January 27, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Ted Mason and Anne LaPenna Moore. She was the former owner of Fellow's Market in Fellow's, CA and later served as a substitute school teacher in McColl. She was a Protestant and was the widow of the late Clifford Wayne Westbay.
She is survived by her loving sons; Victor Westbay and wife Daffney of McColl and Keith Westbay of McColl; a sister, Toni Spicer of Castro Valley, CA; 2 grandchildren, Johnathan Westbay and wife Miranda and Preston Westbay; by 2 great-grandchildren, Johnathan Westbay and Paisley Westbay; also by a special family friend, Bill Dillinger of Monroe, NC.
A Graveside funeral service will be held 5:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Westbay Family Cemetery, 1569 Neck Road McColl, SC 29570. Rev. Donald Deal will officiate.
