Donna Ann (Springs) Brooks

Donna Ann Springs Brooks, widow of Lawrence Brooks Jr., passed away, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at MUSC Charleston after a brief illness. She was 49 years old.

Donna was born in Laurinburg, NC on September 2, 1974, to the late Donnie Wayne Springs and Deborah Ellis Lewellen. She a member of Eastside Baptist Church. She graduated from McColl High School. She loved to go fishing at the lake and Cherry Grove. She loved the Green Bay Packers and Dale Earnhardt Jr. She loved making Tic Tok videos and taking pictures of her family. She was a fighter even when they gave her less than 1% survival. She loved to talk and spending time with her boys and family.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory; sons, Justin Brooks (Hailey Vick) and Brandon Brooks (Tessa Supple) both of McColl; granddaughter, Maddyx Norton; favorite Aunt, Judy Ellis; Best Friend, Windy Beasley; Fur Babies, Penny, Thor, Lilly, and Ally.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband listed above, brother, Charles K. Leviner, Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 3 pm, Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Eastside Baptist Church, with burial at Ellis Family Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Roger Williams. A visitation will be held from 2-3pm just prior to the service.
