I am sorry about your loss. Please find comfort in the scriptures that God has provided to give us comfort through circumstances like this. At Revelation 21:3,4 we see that God will get rid of sickness, pain and death. Through Jesus, God promised that the meek would inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5. Soon those who have died will have the prospect of being resurrected. Acts 24:15

I was so sorry to read of your loss . It is no doubt still a very painful time for the family. The Bible holds out a real hope for the future for our loved ones who have died. It promises that we can see our loved ones again.In the days to come may you continue to find comfort in God and each other. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4; John 5:28,29; Isaiah 25:8

Dear Bett and Odom Family,
My sincere sympathy to you all on the passing of our dear cousin Tommy. Growing up, we spent quite a bit of time with Aunt Mary and Uncle Wilbur at their home in McColl. I recall Tommy and Jim always being cousins to whom I looked up to and idolized. They were the "jocks" of our time and always the popular sports heroes. I'm sorry that we all drifted apart in our later years but always thought of you all with fondness and love.

Tommy was a very good friend and classmate of mine. While serving in Vietnam the ship I was on pulled into the Philippines for supplies and who did I run into halfway around the world Tommy Odom. The two of us spent several hours and many beers talking about home and after that it was back to Vietnam. God speed my good friend.

Tommy's family I'm sorry for your loss he was a nice man and he loved he's family.I worked with him and he was a likeable person and would help you anyway he could.Everytime I seen him (before he got sick)he would tell me about him fishing.
