Mrs. Frankie Delane Hayes Dugan, 73, departed this life Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Morrison Manor.
Born June 3, 1945 in Wilmington, NC, she was the daughter of the late John F. Hayes and Henry Fernie & Margaret Dow Skipper. Frankie loved crocheting, watching westerns, & taking walks outside. Her greater joy in life was the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: husband, Clyde A Dugan, Jr. of the home; sons, Robert Cantwell of MN, Dennis Cantwell of McColl, Charles Cantwell of New Bern, NC; daughter, Elizabeth Vink of MN; brother, Charles Skipper of PA; 14 grandchildren; & numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents listed above & a brother, John F. Hayes.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Rogers Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
