Angela Clark Ray age 55, of McColl, SC, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.
Angela was born August 5, 1967 in Bennettsville, SC, a daughter of Douglas Clark, Jr and the late Christine Williams Clark. Angela enjoyed fishing and listening to music. She also loved her cats. Most of all, Angela loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother, Angela was preceded in death by two step-sons: Harley Bishop Ray III and Michael Allen Ray.
Angela is survived by her loving husband, Bishop Ray of the home; sons, Matthew Douglas Clark of McBee and Joseph Shane Witherspoon (Molly) of McColl; a brother Sammy Douglas Clark (Fonda) of Gibson, NC; a sister, Selena Clark Sorrells (Bill) of Bennettsville; her grandchildren; Hunter Douglas Clark, Zoe Elizabeth Ray, and Jaclyn Nicole Ray; and several other extended family members.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Rogers Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Rogers Cemetery.
A time of visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Rogers Funeral Home.
