Carrie Russell Beasley, age 72 of McColl, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, after an illness.

Carrie was born April 30, 1953, in Lumberton, NC. She was the daughter of Kenneth Watson and Lois Reynolds. Carrie was a retired textile worker. She enjoyed watching Hallmark and Lifetime movies. She loved going on vacations, especially to the beach. Most of all, Carrie cherished her time spent with those she loved the most, her family.

In addition to her parents, Carrie was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Beasley, and a brother, Jerry Reynolds.

Carrie is survived by her sons, James Timothy “Tim” Beasley of the home, and Jonathan Eugene “John” Beasley (Mandi) of McColl; her daughters, Terry Hamm (John) of Clover, Cindy Goodin (John) of McColl, Windy Steen (Phillip) of the home; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; a special cousin, Sam Bailey; and her best friend, Verna Bullard; several other extended family members also survive.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Rogers Cemetery.

A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 P.M. at Rogers Funeral Home.
