David Lee Roller, age 48 of McColl passed away July 27, 2022 after an illness.

David was born April 16, 1974 in Utica, NY, a son of the late Rodney Roller and Juanita “Jodi” Drury. David loved the Lord. He was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church. He worked many years as a welder and pipefitter. David was a people person who loved everybody. He had a huge heart, and would do anything for anybody. David was a friend to all, and he will be truly missed.

David is survived by his wife, Johanna Johnson Roller of McColl; daughters, Melanie Wiggins Belcher (Brandon) of Monroe, NC, Brianna Lee Roller (Kevin) of Laurinburg, NC, Jenna Margaret Roller and Rylee Katherine Roller, both of Smithfield, NC; his mother, Jodi Drury (Tyrone) of Bennettsville; a brother, Harry James Roller (Crystal) of McColl; four grandchildren, Brooklyn, Braylon, Mason, and Maggie; his K-9 sidekick, Jake; several other extended family members and friends.
