Mrs. Frances Margaret Jones Locklear passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021, after an illness at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, NC. She was 64 years old.

Frances was born in, Brooklyn, New York, on January 31, 1957, to the late Robert C. Sr. and Sadie Farinella Jones. She was a Salesclerk for BC Moore’s.  She enjoyed, church, cooking, working, shopping, Christmas Holidays, and spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory; husband, Thomas Locklear; a host of niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above; brother, Robert C. Jones, Jr.; sisters, Vickey Jones, Shirley Flowers, and Vera Ransom.

A funeral service will be 2pm, Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Main Street United Methodist Church in McColl, with burial in Rogers Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 7-9pm, Friday, October 8, 2021, at Main Street United Methodist Church in McColl.
