Mr. Gerald Lloyd Linendoll, 70, died Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC.

Born October 8, 1948 in Cambridge, New York to the late William and Kathleen Littlefield Linendoll. Mr. Gerald was an electrician most of his years with JP Stevens and before retiring he worked with Mohawk Industries in Bennettsville. He attended church at McColl Church of God. Mr. Gerald enjoyed cooking on the grill but what he loved most of all was fishing and spending time with friends and family.

Mr. Linendoll leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife of 45 years Zadie Mae Cummings Linendoll of the home; sons, Jerry Linendoll (Melissa) of NY, Jason Linendoll (Karen) of NY, and Rev. Robert Goins (Cindy) of Laurinburg, NC; daughters, Sandra Groff (Paul) of Vass, NC, Becky Oxendine (Rev. Brian) of McColl, and Michelle Goins; brothers, Bill Linendoll of Raleigh, NC, Randy Linendoll of NY, Barry Linendoll of NY, and Brent Linendoll of NY; sisters, Sandra Whitney of NY, and Nancy Toban of TN; grandchildren, 11; great grandchildren, 4.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above; and a grandson, Robbie Goins.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at McColl Church of God with burial to follow in Rogers cemetery. A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 7:00-9:00 PM at McColl Church of God.
