Jody Lynn (Caulder) Toney

Jody Lynn Caulder Toney, age 58 of McColl, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2024, at McLeod Hospice House.

Jody was born August 27, 1965, in Bennettsville. She was a daughter of James Edward Caulder, Sr. and Geneva Clark Caulder. Jody was a fun-loving person. She enjoyed shopping and crossword puzzles. She especially loved taking pictures, being on Facebook, and Tik-Tok. Most of all, Jody loved being with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

Jody was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ed and Mattie Caulder; and her maternal grandparents, Douglas and Sarah Margaret Clark.

Jody is survived by her parents, James Edward Caulder, Sr. and Geneva Clark Caulder both of McColl; a brother, James Edward Caulder, Jr. (Lori) of Society Hill; a sister, Lynn Bailey (Johnny) of McColl; special companion, Jack Graham of Bennettsville; nieces and nephews, Ashley Smith, Ansleigh Caulder, Journey Caulder, Stephen Smith, and Jim Bailey; great nieces and great nephews, Harmony Smith, Camryan Jacobs, Dynasti Jacobs, Jalynn Smith, Waylon Smith, Alex Bailey, Ayzleigh Caulder, and Ayztin Caulder; special family friend, Carrie Witherspoon; several other extended family members also survive.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Hickory Grove Church in Clio.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.
