Mr. Johnnie Clark passed away, Monday, January 17, 2022, after an illness at Scotland Memorial Hospital. He was 81 years old.

Mr. Johnnie was born in Marlboro County, SC on May 3, 1940, to the late Douglas and Sara Margaret Bryant Clark. He was a member of Hickory Grove United Methodist Church. He was a farmer and machine operator in the textile industry. He loved to fish, gardening, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory; wife, Annie Ruth Clark; sons, Johnny Ray Clark (Teresa Stubbs), Tony Clark (Connie Clark), and Curt Clark (Ashley Clark); daughters, Elizabeth Ann Clark (Albert Clark) and Barbara Hernandez (Mario); brother, Douglas Clark; sisters, Geneva Caulder and Lydia Sweatt; grandchildren, Tiffany Clark, Albert Clark , Amanda Stubbs, Timmy Ray Stubbs, Patrick Stubbs, Brandon Clark, Heather Clark, Mario Hernandez, Jr., Jessica Hernandez Bailey, Kimberly Hernandez; 23 great grandchildren.

Mr. Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents listed above; brother, Tommy Clark, Buck Clark; sister, Etta Locklear; great granddaughters, Arianna Nicole Clark and Kaylie Marie Bailey.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Rogers Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday January 20, 2022, at Hickory Grove United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
