Joyce Ann (Gattis) Graham

Joyce Ann Gattis Graham, age 79 of McColl, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at her residence, after an extended illness.

Joyce was born May 5, 1943 in Bennettsville, a daughter of the late Charlie and Margie Anderson Gattis. She was a longtime employee of ToastMaster in Laurinburg, having worked there until the plant’s closing. Joyce enjoyed gospel music, especially Jimmy Swaggart and the Gaither Vocal Band. She also enjoyed shopping. Most of all, Joyce loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Graham; a son, Robert Graham; and a sister, Jean Biggs.

Joyce is survived by her children, Danny Ray Graham and Emmy Mills (Branham) both of McColl; sister, Kay Clark (Rev.Harry) of Laurinburg; grandchildren, Brian Graham (Erica), Jonathan Graham (Ty-Ling), Stacy Plato (Jamar), Joshua Graham, Zachary Graham, Gabby Graham, Jessica Wiggins (Eric), Jennifer Butler (Austin), and Rebecca Graham; 20 great grandchildren; several other extended family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Rogers Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home.
