Kay Frances (Milligan) Seagraves

Kay Frances Milligan Seagraves, age 86 of Clio, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Liberty Regional Medical Center.

Kay was born January 28, 1939, in Dillon, SC. She was a daughter of the late Velton Dwight, Sr. and Lula Mae Brown Milligan. She spent her life as a homemaker. Kay was a loving and kind person. She was always willing to do for others, even if it meant her doing without. Kay always made sure that no one went hungry. She treated everyone she met like family. Most of all, Kay cherished spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Hubia Seagraves; a daughter, Gina Seagraves; brothers, Norwood Milligan and Buddy Milligan; sisters, Virginia McAdams and Martha Sager.

Kay is survived by her daughters, Ann Seagraves Beauchamp (Ken) of Hinesville, GA and Patty Seagraves Odom of Clio; brothers, Thomas Milligan (Martha) of Cleveland, TN and VD Milligan (Jerry) of Clio; a sister, Barbara Leonard (Bill) of Fayetteville, NC; grandchildren, Kenneth Beauchamp (Teresa) of Ludowici, GA, Steven Odom of Salisbury, NC, Ashley Guinn (Leroy) of Clio, Aaron Odom of Salisbury, NC, and Paul Guinn (Madison) of Rockingham, NC; great grandchildren, Elaina Beauchamp, Jacob Beauchamp, Zack Beauchamp, Alexis Odom, Azeries Lynch, Azavier Lynch, Azriel Lynch, Kainon Guinn, Landon Guinn, and Baby Guinn; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members also survive.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Red Bluff Cemetery.

A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home.
