Mrs. Mattie Mae Ransom, widow of Willie Eugene Ransom, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Morrison Manor after an illness. She was 89 years old.
She was born on May 8, 1930 to the late George and Mattie Lowery Chavis. She was a member of Pentecostal Fire Baptized Holiness Church of McColl. She enjoyed people visiting her and being with her family and friends.
She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory; son, Ricky Ransom of McColl; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 2 pm at Rogers Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Glenn Vollrath.
