Michael “Mike” Charles Miller, 53, passed away Monday, May 25, 2026, at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, North Carolina, following an illness.

Born in Laurinburg on October 26, 1972, he was the son of Josephine Annette Quick Owens. Mike was a faithful member of Leitch Creek Baptist Church and worked as a truck driver for many years. He was known for his generous spirit and love for others. Mike enjoyed coaching ball, cutting grass, playing corn hole, attending church, playing the drums, most of all, spending time with his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Leslie Dial Miller; his mother, Josephine Annette Quick Owens; sons, Allen Michael Clark, Leon Moraida, and William “Wilkie” Revels; daughters, Trinity Miller, Jonalyn Bullard, Stevie Moraida, and Linleigh Gibson; brother, Richard “Buck” Quick; sisters, Rebecca “Becky” Miller and Chasity McNeil; grandchildren, Jakobi, Shaelynn, Chaslyn, Gabby, Logan, and River; nieces and nephews, Isabel, W.J., David, Dion, Chris, Kendall, and Suzanna; and special cousins, Jackie and Jerry Quick.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Janie Quick; paternal grandparents, Buddy and Margaret Miller; aunts, Lillie Mae Quick, Shirley Locklear, Lizzie Haywood, Sarah Quick, and Nellie Beverly; and uncles, Lawrence Quick and Wilbert Quick.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026, at McColl Church of God, officiated by Rev. Ivory Henderson and Rev. Donald Deal. Burial will follow at Leitch Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
