Miss Ava Lee Rodriguez was born and passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
Ava departed this world, leaving behind all her love and her precious memory to a great mother, Cadcey Chavis and a great father, Shaun Rodriguez; her brothers and sisters; Kelsey, Logan, Shauna, Joseph, Asia, Maria, Lillian, Rilegh, and Ruby; nieces, Naomi Rodriguez and Kendall Hayes; nephews, Connor, Boone, and Kayson Hayes; grandmother, Debbie Chavis; brothers-in-law, Lance Leviner, Blaze Wyland, and Brett Hayes; special family, Jill, Chris, Ben, and Ethan Uyehara.
She was welcomed with open arms at the gates of heaven by her brother, Austin Lee Rodriguez; grandmother, Wanda Pate; and grandfather, Tony Scott.
A private, family gathering will be held to honor the memory of Ava.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the nurses at Scotland Memorial Hospital and McLeod Regional Medical Center, Jill Uyehara, and Rogers Funeral Home Staff for the love and care given to the family during this difficult time.
