Nicholas "Mickey" Miele

Mr. Nicholas Miele, Sr. “Mickey” passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, NC after an illness. He was 80 years old.

Mr. Mickey was born in Newark, New Jersey on May 9, 1940 to the late Michael and Bertha Bell Hart Miele. He attended Cross Point Church in Laurinburg. He was a member of the United States Army. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to Tuesday Cruiser of Laurinburg, taking trips, and doing home repair. He has been to every state and province of the United States and Canada, including Alaska all on his motorcycle.

Mickey was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Denise Miele.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory, wife, Mary Kathern Williams; son, Nicholas Miele, Jr. an wife Darlene of Whitter, CA; daughter, Karen Sue Rue of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Charlie Gault, Sultan, WA; sisters, Sharon Mahedy of Towaco, NJ and Darlene Gault Delgadillo of Redondo Beach, CA; grandchildren, Jonathan Smith, Mary Norris, Nicole Fontenot, April Locklear, Mathew Hamirani, and Ali Hamirani; 9 great grandchildren; 3 nephews; 2 nieces; 7 great nephews; 3 great nieces; and 2 great- great nieces.

A graveside service will be held 3pm, Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Rogers Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Steve Powell.
