Ms. Norma Lane Smith passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at her residence after an illness. She was 78 years old.

Norma was born in Marlboro County, SC on September 4, 1945, to the late Walter Ervin and Clara Locklear Smith. She was a lifelong member of Berea Methodist Church.  She was a machine operator for JP Steven. She loved working with flowers, baking cakes, and spending time with family and friends.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory; son, Kenneth Smith (Linda); sister-cousin, Annie Jane Allen; grandchildren, Brad Keith and Lindsay Keith; great grandchildren, Hannah R. Drummond, Delaney Drummond, Taylor Keith, Hailey Keith, Jayden Keith, Peyton Keith, and Jaxson Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above; son, Leroy Anthony Smith, and Life-long Companion, James R. Clark.

A funeral service will be held 2pm, Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Berea Methodist Church, with burial at Priest Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Emily Davis. A visitation will be held from 7-9pm Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Rogers Funeral Home.
