Norwood Joseph Milligan, passed away, Saturday, November 11, 2023, at his residence. He was 74 years old.

Norwood was born in Dillon, SC on April 15, 1949, to the late Velton Dwight Sr. and Lula Mae Brown Milligan. He attended East Side Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force. He loved fishing, hunting, and cooking.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory; brothers, James Thomas Milligan (Martha) and Velton Dwight Milligan Jr. (Jerry); sisters, Kaye Frances Milligan Seagraves (Hubie) and Barbara Ann Leonard (William B. Leonard); numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above; brother, Rufus Harvey Milligan; sisters, Martha Orilla Milligan Sager, and Virginia Louise Milligan McAdams; son Norwood David Milligan.

A memorial service will be held 2pm, Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Rogers Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Roger Williams. A visitation will be held from 1-2 just prior to the service.
