Rosa Lee Martin Lockey of McColl, SC died on Thursday October 22, 2020. Mrs. Lockey was born in Dillon, SC on March 9, 1920 to J. Mack and Rennie Surles Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Lockey and son, Robert Lee (Bob) Lockey. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Wilson Mack Martin; two sisters, Foy May Blanton and Jane Lou Stillinger.

As a member of Eastside Baptist Church in McColl, SC, Mrs. Lockey had a deep love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  After 40 years of service with J.P. Stevens, she enjoyed her retirement by cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Lockey is survived by her daughter-in-law, Micki Poole Lockey, of Cheraw, SC; granddaughters, Paige Lockey Sartor (John) of Cheraw, SC; Lee Anne Lockey Godfrey (Jason) of Florence, SC; and great-grandchildren Sarah Anne Godfrey, Andrew Gregory Godfrey of Florence, SC and Brady Harrison Sartor of Cheraw, SC.

Special thanks to the friends who provided love and care after the death of her husband and son. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be presented to Eastside Baptist Church, 201 N. Church Street, McColl, SC 29570

A graveside service will be held 1pm, Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Beaverdam Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Roger Williams. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
