Sally Theestle Ratley Outlaw, age 71, received her heavenly wings while at her home, on Sunday, November 24, 2024, in McColl, SC.

Sally was born on July 23, 1953, in Cheraw to the late Bryan F. and Minnie Ruth Skipper Ratley, Sr. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will always be remembered as a devoted homemaker and caregiver.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above, husband, Wade Pete Outlaw, Jr.; grandmother, Veta Ratley; brother, Bryan F. Ratley, Jr. and a grandson, Dustin Lee Tucker.

Sally will be forever remembered and cherished by her daughter, Rockell and Son-in-law William (Tony) Tucker of McColl; brother, Walter Vernon Ratlery of McColl; grandchildren, Jessie Miller, William (Alex) Tucker, Laura Hood (James) and Deborah Tucker; great grandchildren, Bryan Miller, Ella Melton, Ally Hood, Morgan Hood, Kateleigh Hood, Weston Hood, and Kaydence Johnson.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Rogers Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rogers cemetery. A visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. prior to the service.
