Sonya Jean (Hyatt) Jones, 74, widow of Elbert Jones, died Monday, June 8, 2020, in Scotland Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Jones was born March 12, 1946 in Bennettsville SC, and was the daughter of the late William Howard and Louise Bullard Hyatt of McColl, SC.

She is survived by her siblings Patricia Quick of Bennettsville, SC, Ronnie (Annette) Hyatt of Simpsonville, SC, Barbara (Mike) Addison of West Columbia, SC, Deborah Hyatt of West Columbia, SC, and other close relatives. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Jack Weatherly, her sister Shirley Hyatt, and her brother William Hyatt Jr. Sonya was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
