Mr. Stephen Charles “Stevie” Haithcock, 51, passed away July 24, 2018 at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
Born August 28, 1966 in Marlboro County to Charles L. “Rooster” & Patsy Williams Haithcock. He was a graduate of McColl High School and a member of the Maximum Impact Wrestling, under the ring name Bad Boy Max Stephens. Stevie was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers & Florida State Seminoles. He also loved playing men’s softball and watch old movies. He was a former employee of Carolina Tobacco, where he was a welder. He also worked in security and was a former police officer. Most importantly, Stevie loved spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters and his dog Legion.
Stevie leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, Charles L. “Rooster” and Patsy Williams Haithcock of McColl; his companion of 26 years, Annette Clark of McColl; daughters, Courtney Michelle Freeman and Brandi Lynn Haithcock of McColl; granddaughters, Destiney Nichole Douglas and Aaliyah Aubrie Pegues of McColl.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Friday July 27, 2018 at McColl Church of God, officiated by Rev. Dr. Roy Puckett, with burial in Rogers Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Thursday July 26, 2018 at McColl Church of God.
