Steve Allen Jacobs, age 69 of McColl, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at his residence.

Steve was born January 10, 1956, in Kanapolis, NC. He was a son of the late Allen and Irene Quick Jacobs. Steve worked many years at Crown Cork and Seal until his retirement. Steve enjoyed being outdoors with his dogs. He was an avid South Carolina Gamecocks fan and enjoyed attending their games. Steve was also a fan of the Green Bay Packers. He attended East Laurinburg Church of God. Most of all, Steve loved spending time with his family.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie Hill Jacobs of the home; a son, Brian Jacobs and wife Christina of Cheraw; a sister, Linda Jacobs Quick and husband Richard of TX; grandchildren, Clara Jacobs and Lucas Jacobs of Cheraw; several other extended family members also survive.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Rogers Cemetery.

The family will have visitation on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.
