Violet Grace Gause Wiggins, 73, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Atrium Health in Pineville, NC.

Born February 12, 1950, in Bennettsville, SC, she was a daughter of the late L.D. and Grace Johnson Gause. Mrs. Wiggins retired from Charles Craft in Maxton, NC. She enjoyed Facebook, Messenger, flowers and camping.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Terry Gause, sons, Donald Wiggins and Phillip Wiggins.

Mrs. Wiggins is survived by her husband, Jimmy Russell Wiggins, daughters, Sandy Locklear (Merrill) of Laurel Hill, NC, Stephanie Wiggins of McColl, Reba Oxendine (Anthony) of McColl, Brittany Wiggins of McColl, brother, Gerald Gause (Patricia) of McColl, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Rogers Funeral Home, with burial in Beaver Dam Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the funeral home.
