Barbara Lee Drury entered her eternal joy Sunday morning, April 10, 2016 at Magnolia Manor in Columbia, SC. She was 62 years old.
There will be a memorial service celebrating Barbara’s life Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the McColl Church of God in McColl, SC and will be officiated by the Rev. Donald Deal. Interment will be at a later date. There will be a time of visitation with the family at 2:00 on Tuesday, also at the church.
Barbara was born on Ft. Bragg May 17, 1953 to the late Harry A. Drury (2015) and the late Elizabeth Brigman Drury (2004). She was a blessing to all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
To cherish her memory she leaves behind three sisters; Juanita “Jody” Drury of McColl, Diane D. Cummings and husband Larry of Bennettsville, SC, and Kathleen “Kathy” Chavis and husband Charles of Laurinburg as well as a host of nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends who will miss her dearly.
The family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff at the hospital and rehabilitation centers where Barbara lived her final years. A special blessing is offered for Nancy Watson at McLeod Regional Health in Florence and Elaine at McLeod Rehabilitation in Darlington.
