Rut was a great person. he loved everyone and in turn they loved him. his family was number one to him, he loved them all . he was born as one of us on the mill hill and there are not many of us left. my heart felt thoughts for all of you. Rut was a good man and we will miss him

Russell, or Papa Daddy as I called him, will be sorely missed. He had an incredible personality, never met a stranger and always made you feel special. He gave the best hugs too! Phillip, Carol, Josh, Chris, Tammy & the rest of the family, my heart, thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. His love for his family was never ending and something to always be cherished. Papa Daddy will never be forgotten!!! Until we meet again in Heaven.....My love to you all.

To the family, I am deeply sadden to hear of Russell's passing. He really was a great friend through all the Years that I knew him. He would inspire me when he would posts pics of the views while he was in trucking business. I had the pleasure of introducing Russell to Rusty at our last Class Reunion last year in Laurinburg. He will be greatly missed by many of his dear friends and relatives. I know I will miss chatting with him on FB. Until we meet again my friend, RIP.
