My thoughts, prayers and love are with all of you during this very sad time in your lives. I'll never forget how this family showed me a welcoming love that I had never felt before. When I walked in the back door I had the feeling of home. So many happy memories of Tony, Tammy and Teresa growing up. I thought I was so much older than them but Tony, in his loving way, informed me that I wasn't old enough to tell him what to do! I didn't tell on him either! I truly loved him and it's going to be so hard knowing that I'll never just run into him at the strangest times again.
Joanne, I can only imagine how hard this is on you and I wish so badly that there was something I could do or say to help bring you peace Just know that I'm here and love you so very much. My prayers are always with you.

I can only say a few things about Tony an they were : good friend, had a happy smile always, cared so deeply for his family. I knew Tony for a good many years an got to help him a few times when he was in need of help an he truly was appreciative of that help,an if I could do it all again I would. To Tony's mom an the rest of his family I know it's hard to say good bye to Tony but know this his struggles on this earth is now over an he is a free man from it all. May Gods loving arms surround each of you today an every day to come an may you find peace an comfort in the days ahead. GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU.

So sorry to hear that my good friend has passed.Tony and I were friends for over 50yrs and he always put a smile on my face.He was always joking and laughing. I did'nt get to see him often enough,but when I did a smile and handshake was in front of me.I will miss that and see him again on the other side.Hugs to the family

I sure am gonna miss you unk..ima miss walking in and hearing you say "hey beetle butt, did you work hard today?" Nothing has felt the same since you left and to be honest it never will. Sorry to hear about Tony. The one thing I remember the most was being at Piney Plain Church when my granddad (Henry Grooms)was the preacher and Tony came and told me the way I could get rid of my freckles was to count them and put lemon juice on them. I was a little girl then. Of course I didn't do it.

To the Scott Family so sorry to hear the news . Just a few weeks back we were at the lightsinger setting up and did not know this day was approaching . Tony was a kind soul we enjoyed his company at church when he came and always willing to help out out our church fundraising events . I've been his friend and a friend of the family for years .
