Fred J White

Fred J. White (IV) of McColl departed this life Sunday morning, March 13, 2016 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC.  He was 52 years old.

There will be a memorial service Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Rogers Funeral Home in McColl at 4:00 PM and it will be officiated by Pastor Joel Quick. Interment will be at a later date. 

Born in Cumberland County, NC on February 5, 1964, Fred was a son of Mr. Fred J. White and Mrs. Alice Rogers White.  He was an iron worker and spent his working years in construction helping to shape our country.  He loved to spend his days off fishing and he was a NASCAR fan who pulled for Dale Earnhardt, Jr. 

To cherish his memory Fred leaves behind his parents, Mr. Fred J. White of Raeford, NC and Mrs. Alice Rogers White of McColl, SC; five daughters; Brandy White of Baltimore, MD, Colleen Wilkes, Marla Rae, and Gerri Manor, all of Pembroke, NC, and Vickie Driggers of McColl, SC; a brother, Terry White of McColl, SC;  three sisters, Melody Jean White of Vass, NC, Ara Renee’ Fisher and husband Richard of Pittsburgh, PA, and Regina White Martin and fiance’ Daniel Bailey of McColl, SC; eight grandchildren, as well as a host of friends, neighbors, and loved ones who will miss him dearly. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the church where you worship.
